Another eventful month draws to a close.  The newsworthy moments (both silly and serious) came thick and fast.  Britain basked in a heatwave, The RAF turned 100, Trump met his master in Helsinki and the World Cup concluded – incidentally, all of my World Cup cartoons can now be found in one place.

I was also busy preparing work to exhibit at the Herne Bay Cartoon Festival – which is currently on until the 12th August if you’re down Kent way – and the Art4Africa Chirty exhibition.  Art4Africa will be taking place in Keysoe in Bedfordshire from the 6th – 9th September, features over 70 artists and is all in aid of the charity Rise Africa, so do come and visit if you’re in this part of the world.  There is also a private viewing evening which you can book tickets for here.

I will report back from both exhibitions in due course.  If there is any project you need illustrating in the meantime, feel free to contact me here.  It’s never to early to start thinking about Christmas cards, special edition books and and bespoke booklets.  Until next time, I hope you enjoy the cartoons.

James.
