The James Mellor Creative cartoon update for June covers an eventful month.  The general election is over (for now), the Brexit talks have begun, America continued its downward spiral and we had a whole week of summer.

This month also contains many significant dates in military history.  Naseby, Waterloo and the D-Day landings all took place in June. I’ve always been particularly fascinated by Waterloo (as those who’ve read Drawn From History will have gathered) and the anniversary of the battle usually prompts a cartoon.

There have been some other interesting pieces of JMC news this month but I think those deserve their own posts – so check back for updates!

In the meantime, enjoy the cartoons.

James.
